La Casa D' Pepe

The house is a modern two-level property, and we rent out two rooms, both of which are part of the house but have separate entrances. We always maintain communication with the guests while ensuring privacy for them and maintaining family communication. One room is located on the first level, and the other on the second level. The house has a central patio for resting, drinking, and dining. There is a traditional kitchen with a charcoal stove and barbecue oven. Both rooms have a private bathroom, hot and cold water, air conditioning (split), a safe, and a minibar. The first room has a double bed, a front portal, and a street view. The second room has a double bed and a single bed, a terrace or hall with a view of the central patio. The secure location of the house allows for parking in front of it. The hosts speak Portuguese in addition to the other languages indicated in the questionnaire.
