Boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Santiago de Cuba, just 50 meters from Plaza de Marte and 250 meters from Parque Céspedes. The house is a construction where Art Deco style is harmoniously combined with the contemporary, giving it an imposing appearance that, combined with the quality of service, makes it an ideal place to enjoy a high standard within the city center. The rooms are very spacious (38m²), each one featuring a balcony, 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, private bathroom, hot and cold water, minibar, air conditioning, TV, safe, and hairdryer, as well as 110V and 220V electricity. The hostel has a cozy terrace from where you can observe much of the city of Santiago de Cuba and where you will also find the restaurant and a bar for the enjoyment of guests only. In addition, there is a patio where you can enjoy abundant vegetation, becoming an ideal oasis for finding tranquility for reading, resting, and sharing with family and friends within the central location of the house. Optional breakfast and dinner services are offered where you can enjoy typical Cuban dishes, as well as a bar to taste a varied cocktail menu. We have our own electric generator in case of power cuts (covering the total consumption of the hostel including the air conditioners). The hostel offers an Infotur service where from the moment of entry, the client is informed about the characteristics of the hostel and the main historical and cultural places of the city, with the possibility of organizing excursions and booking taxis. We also manage the possibility of organizing transfers to and from bus terminals and airports, and customer service can be provided in English, French, or Spanish.
