A large house from 1920 located in the old French neighborhood of Tivolí in Santiago de Cuba, where its three rental rooms are illuminated around a central courtyard where the fountain, warm breeze, and aromas combine to create a sense of complete peace. The furniture and lamps in the house are over a hundred years old, crafted by local carpenters and artisans, along with ironwork, stained glass, floors, and high ceilings, creating a space where tradition and contemporary elements blend seamlessly. On the rooftop terrace with a spectacular view, you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner if desired. The artwork and ancestral home of a renowned artist from the city open themselves to the world to showcase the ongoing inspiration they provide. As you indulge in refreshing cocktails and traditional drinks, you will feel immersed in the work of the illustrious artist of this city, Miguel Ángel Botalín Pampín. Our three rooms offer you a level of comfort that transports you to another era within the cherished neighborhood of Santiago de Cuba. The rooms are divided as follows: - Room 1, Mini-suite on the ground floor: With a beautiful direct view of the central courtyard of the house, it features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a television, two fans, a split air conditioning unit, a wardrobe, pantry, and a bathroom with hot and cold water. - Room 2, Mini-suite on the upper floor: With a green balcony overlooking the central courtyard, it consists of a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a television, two fans, a split air conditioning unit, a wardrobe, pantry, and a bathroom with hot and cold water. - Room 3: Located on the second floor of our guesthouse with an independent staircase, it offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with hot and cold water. It has a clothes hanger, split air conditioning, wall fans, as well as two bedside tables with lamps.
