My house has 3 rooms, and 2 of the rooms are available for rent. Each room has a private bathroom. There is also a separate entrance through a side hallway to the rooms, with an independent exit to the street using their own entrance keys. The rooms come with a double bed, a small table with 2 chairs, a television, air conditioning (split unit), a shower with adjustable water temperature (hot, warm, and cold), a refrigerator, a fan, a bedside table with a night lamp, and a closet. One of the rooms has a small kitchen area with an induction stove, a gas stove, and a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, cutlery, plates, a blender, and a semi-automatic washing machine.
