Casa Amanda y Julia is a traditional Cuban house built in 1959. Our guesthouse consists of two recently renovated rooms. We are located right in the center of the village, which means our guests have everything nearby: the village square, banks, museums, bars, and nightclubs.
If you come to us in search of quiet solitude, we completely understand. Our rooms have their own independent entrance, ensuring your stay will be perfectly peaceful. However, as we are Cubans, staying with us can also be a social experience. We have a common dining area and two terraces where you can enjoy a cold Mojito in the sun, getting to know other guests and our family. Not everyone may speak fluent English, but everyone always has a smile for you.
One of the questions we often hear from tourists is, "Where can I find good traditional Cuban food?" If that's what you're looking for, look no further! Amanda is legendary for her cooking, and the meals here might be some of the best you'll taste during your stay in Cuba - at least that's what many of our guests keep saying.
If you decide to dine with us, we'll present you with a menu to choose from in the morning, and Amanda will prepare the dishes to your liking. Viñales is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site, and with its beautiful beaches and stunning landscapes, along with the largest natural cave system in South America, our region is one of the most picturesque in Cuba.
